Long (Hiα»p TrαΊ§n NghΔ©a), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, takes a late-night call asking for a ride. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly accepts and picks up a man, TΓ’y (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions. But the men, recent escapees from an Orange County prison, take Long hostage at gunpoint and force him to cooperate with their escape plan. When complications arise, the fugitives and their hostage hide out in a motel and a tense waiting game begins.
